Leadership Strategy Sullivan University MGT545 Sanjit Pandher Introduction In this paper we will discuss the different types of leadership characteristics it takes to become a successful leader. Also we will touch base on my personal advantages that I have in leadership and the areas where I need to work on further improving in the area of leadership.
